Get your unlock link again
A stack report, a pre-publish check and a data licence are unlocked by a code kept in your browser. If you cleared your browser, changed device or closed the tab on the way back from checkout, ask for the link here.
What happens
- If that address has paid for something that is still inside its time, a link to each purchase is sent to it. Open the link in the browser you want to use.
- The link goes only to the address the purchase was made with. Typing someone else's address sends nothing to you.
- A link ends when the purchase ends: 30 days after payment for a report or a pre-publish check, 365 for a data licence. Asking again does not add time.
- A refunded purchase is not sent.
- We do not keep the address you type. It is sent to Stripe to find the purchase and to our email provider to send the link. See the Privacy Notice.
Other things you can do yourself
- Guard Team licence. Ask for it on the Guard Team page, where you can also change the card or cancel.
- Receipt, invoice or refund. Use the receipt Link emailed you when you paid. See Support.
