Support
Two different things can go wrong, and they are answered by two different places. Anything about the index, a score, a report, a pre-publish check or the licensed dataset is ours. Anything about the payment itself belongs to the merchant of record.
Things you can do yourself, now
- An unlock you lost, or one that stopped working before its time was up (30 days for a report or a pre-publish check, 365 for a data licence). Ask for the link again. It is sent to the email you paid with.
- A payment that went through but unlocked nothing. The same: ask for the link.
- A Guard Team licence you lost, or that a machine will not accept. Get the current one from the Guard Team page. Change the card or cancel there too.
- A listing that misreads your server, or a server that has changed. Submit your manifest and prove you maintain it. The proof is checked automatically every night, and a submission that passes is published with that night's build without anyone reviewing it. The earlier record stays in the page's history. The methodology explains how a score is reached.
- A refund. See below.
Write to us about
- Removing a listing, or a record that names you. Say which server.
- A ledger entry or a first-listed date you think is wrong.
- A report, a check or a data file that does not do what its page says, after you have tried the steps above.
- A legal notice.
support@leashkit.com. We do not promise a response time, because a promise we cannot keep every week is worth less than none at all. Write once and we will get to it. Nothing you can buy here depends on a reply.
Write to Link, by Stripe about
- A receipt, invoice or VAT number you need for the purchase.
- A charge you do not recognise on a statement — purchases show as sold through Link.
- A card that was declined, or a payment that took twice.
Use the receipt Link emailed you. Stripe is the merchant of record for the sale and answers transaction questions directly. A refund can be asked for either way: see below.
Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase, ask through your Link receipt. A request made there reaches us first, and if we have not answered it within 48 hours, Stripe decides it under its own refund policy, so a request is never left waiting on us. UK and EU consumers have a statutory right as well — see consumer rights.
What not to send us
Do not send your MCP configuration, API keys or tokens. The stack check and the report read your config in
your own browser and send nothing anywhere; there is no version of a support request that needs your secrets, and we would rather not
receive them. If you want to show us what happened, send the server's name and the part of its tools/list you are asking
about.
If we get it wrong
A listing is an opinion produced by a published method, and the method is known to misread some tools. If it has misread a server you maintain, submit your manifest and the correction is published. For anything else, say so and we will look. Media Yard LLC publishes corrections next to the record they correct, never silently over it.
